Personal and Social Adjustment Service

PSA service offers consumers with disabilities an opportunity to address identified barriers to employment through
individual and/or group adjustment services. This service is designed specifically to address work-related behaviors
that are impeding an individual's progress towards gaining competitive employment or retaining their current job.
PSA is tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual and will address a variety of vocational needs including
(but not limited to): appropriate grooming, workplace conduct, social/interpersonal skills, supervisory interactions,
coworker interaction, learning style adaptations, self-advocacy, and family intervention services. Services are provided
in the community, home, job site and at the Janet Pomeroy Center.
