Children and Teen Department
We offer fun and enriching recreational activities for children and teens with disablities such as drama & dance, arts & crafts, indoor & outdoor games, swimming, computer lab, field trips, and cooking classes.
We offer After-School (1-6p.m.), Saturday (10a.m.-4p.m.) and Day Camp programs (when school is closed:12-6p.m.) year round, 296 days out of the year.
Our special emphasis is on helping children and teens to learn appropriate social behavior, develop independence, and lead healthy, happy lives. Our staff average is 3+ years of experience working exculsively with children, teens and adults with disabilities- it is our specialty.
We have state funded scholarships available for all our programs. Transportation home is offered for a fee. Our ratio is on staff for every five children; however, children needing one to one assistance are eligible under certain guidlines and need to be funded by the families or outside agencies.
