Aquatic Water Exercise Class |
Aquatic Water Exercise Class: Low-intensity low-impact program for people with arthritis.
Exercise instruction begins 15 minutes after the hour. Each session includes 15 minutes of open swim time,
followed by 30 minutes of exercise instruction and 10 minutes of open swim time. You must have a current Therapeutic
Swim Application on file to participate.
