The Adaptive Computer Lab was started in 1995 with seed money from the Bay area Knights of Columbus Foundation. With student centered programing strategies; clients use online and in-house education software to increase initiative, confidence, concentration, vocational and life skills, decision making capacity fine and gross motor abilities and eye hand coordination.
Elementary and high school students in our Children / Teen Department extend their learning day with curriculum based special needs programs that reinforce their studies. Adults and adult seniors stimulate complex brain connections through reading phonics, spelling, keyboarding, leisure games, memory stimulation and critical thinking activities.
